The
ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen including an electric cooker, microwave and all standard kitchen equipment. Also within the room are dining table and 4 chairs and 2 two-seater settees.
Colour television with SKY-FreeSat, VCR, DVD, Radio, Cassette and CD player are provided along with a selection of Videos, DVD's and CD's, Indoor and Outdoor games, Books, etc.
There is a coal-effect electric fire on the ground floor and water heating is by immersion heater. Storage heaters are provided for use in colder weather, all electricity is included in the price.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin with shaver point and bath including an electric shower.
The front bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table and built in wardrobe space. The back bedroom has two divan beds and a wardrobe / dressing table unit.
Duvets and pillows are provided for four people but bed linen is not supplied as standard, this may be provided at an additional charge. Blankets are also provided for people who prefer traditional bedding.
